Foiled Again is a paid app. This SERVICE as provided by WebStructural is intended for use as is. By using Foiled Again, you are agreeing to the terms disclosed herein.

Foiled Again does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII). Usage statistics are used to improve the application, this includes: crash monitoring and performance metrics. We do not share any information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions.

Information Collection and Use

The only data we collect is for performance monitoring and crash tracking. We do not ask for, nor do we use, any personally identifiable information.

Performance Data and Crash Monitoring

When you use Foiled Again, the app may log performance and stability data (through standard Apple APIs). This data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Service Providers

Foiled Again is sold through Apple’s App Store. We use this service to distribute our app. Foiled Again uses Apple APIs and SDKs to record statistics about a foiling session including heart rate and user location. WebStructural does not have access to this information. It is stored on your iPhone and Apple Watch using Apple’s HealthKit system.

Security

Because we do not collect any PII and we do not run any servers, your security risk while using Foiled Again is low. But remember, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure or reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Children who use the app should never record any personally identifiable information in the Foiled Again app. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's usage and enforce this Policy by instructing them never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to us through the Application and/or Services, please contact us. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).
